New Federal and State Labor Law Posters
As of November 21, 2009 all businesses with 15 or more employees are required to replace their current Labor Law Posters. New Medical Forms is proud to offer the ComplyRight brand Federal and State Poster Kits, available in both English and Spanish versions.
In October 2009 the EEOC - Equal Employment Opportunity Commission - updated their poster format with the new GINA regulations. By Law, you must post an updated Labor Law Poster at each of your business locations in areas where employees gather such as lunch rooms or near time clocks.
